I have been going to them for about a year now. They have always been extremely nice, and send reminder texts to see if I want to schedule an appointment and then they always send texts afterwards to see if I’m happy with their work and things are going well. They always let me know what stuff will need done, when, and how much it will be. It’s one of the very few garages I’ve been to and not felt talked down to because I’m a woman. I recommend them to anyone when they say they’re looking for a garage to go to

Without a doubt, Strother Brothers is the best auto repair in the area. Work is excellent and done on time. Pricing is very fair. Both Kevin and Matt provide great customer service. Clean and comfortable waiting area and a great use of apps/ social media make it easy to be a customer.

am new to the area. Generally, I do most of the simple work on my F150 myself. However, when the mercury gets very low, the simplest of jobs are no fun. My battery died. AAA jump did not do the trick, so I said, "tow it to Strother Brothers" - based upon some quick searches and calls.... Glad I did. Not that the repair was difficult. It wasn't - a battery replacement is rather simple.... What was impressive was the customer service. They kept me abreast of the price, progress and then payment - all through a combination of personal touch and automation. Very impressive for a rather small shop. Being new to the area, it is comforting to know there is a shop that is able to do what they say they will do. I believe I have found my new auto care shop.

Strother Brothers was the only shop who was able to take my car on the same day I called them. Considering the nature of the issue, they were very responsive and communicative throughout. They also sent a link where I can review and approve or deny the work that needs to be made on my car which I thought was really cool rather than fixing something without my consent. The service was thorough and satisfactory. Highly recommend this shop!

The guys did a great job giving me a fair, honest assessment of a car that was too costly to inspect and therefore keep. I only regret they had reassembled the driver door panel as requested and agreed too before I picked up the car. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars. Would not hesitate bringing my other vehicles to them to be serviced.

Strother Brothers kept me notified of what was going on with my car and when I could expect it to be done. when the parts were delayed, they offered me a rental car. The guy out front is very kind and personable. My only suggestion would be that your technicians wear gloves inside the car or when finished, wipe the interior down. I had a lot of greasy handprints in the car and had to clean the interior. I definitely recommend.

I needed an oil change and state inspection so I decided to try Strother Brothers in Valencia, PA. They were fast, seemed very competent and had fair prices. I was very impressed that they send you a text with all the inspection results while you are in the waiting area. They then answer any questions you may have. Very friendly people and very comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this business.

Everything was seamless from scheduling my appointment to the drop off of the vehicle and the timing of the service. They are honest, with open communication and fast service, with of course, reasonable prices. They accommodated my need to leave my vehicle a few extra days as I was out of town.
